Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using SuperTune (“the App”) operated by HighPitch LLC (“HighPitch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the App.

Use of the App

SuperTune is licensed to you, not sold. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App.

Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are the exclusive property of HighPitch LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or trade dress without prior written permission.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. Prices are subject to change without notice. We do not issue refunds outside of Apple’s standard refund policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HighPitch LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms
